Uttarakhand Coronavirus Case: Coronavirus has increased the concern of the government in Uttarakhand. There was a stir in Dehradun on the second day when a Corona patient was found. A 72-year-old elderly woman admitted in a private hospital has been found corona positive. Doctor Anurag Aggarwal of Doon Hospital has confirmed corona infection in the patient. He told that genome sequencing of the sample will be done to detect the new variant JN.1. Doctor Sanjay Dawal told that the 72 year old woman is suffering from BP, thyroid, pneumonia and heart disease.
Corona patient found in Uttarakhand for the second day
The woman was found corona infected in the RT PCR report on Saturday night. The woman has been kept on oxygen support in Doon Hospital. Doctor Narayanjit Singh has given measures to prevent corona. He said that a crowd is going to gather on New Year. Therefore people need to be extra cautious. Avoid going to crowded areas. Use mask on face. People going to hospitals are being advised to maintain social distancing and use sanitizer.

He said that if Covid infection is confirmed then inform the health department. Let us tell you that Corona cases have been reported in Uttarakhand after a long time. The health department is in alert mode after two consecutive cases were reported. Health Secretary Dr. R. Rajesh Kumar said that a letter has been written to the DM and CMO of all the districts and instructions have been given to conduct corona test by sampling the patients suffering from cold, cough and fever. A case of Corona was reported in the state a day ago. Now along with increasing sampling of suspected patients in hospitals, it has also been asked to be cautious. There is emphasis on getting tested if there is suspicion of Corona. Health Secretary Dr. R. Rajesh Kumar said that the Corona situation is under control in the state.
